3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Payments are processed securely via Paddle.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to store illegal or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt or harm the Services.
• Reverse-engineer or resell TeamsMemory.

5. AI Usage

Some features use AI to enhance your experience (e.g., generating tags or summaries). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be correct. Use discretion and verify where needed.

6. Data & Privacy

• You own the content you create within your team space.
• We store and process content to deliver features (e.g., search, suggestions).
