We retain your content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete your cards or account at any time.

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Paddle for payments, Meilisearch for search, OpenAI for AI features) that have their own privacy policies. We ensure any partners we use comply with GDPR or equivalent standards.

9. Refund Policy

TeamsMemory offers a free trial period for users to explore the service. Once a subscription is activated and a charge is processed, we generally do not provide refunds. However, if you believe you were charged in error or encountered a billing issue, you can contact our support team at support@teamsmemory.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review each request individually.
